Community Health In Action is dedicated to building healthy, sustainable communities where all residents have access to the resources they need to be healthy, a voice in shaping their future, and the ability to stay in their community as it evolves.

We work to identify effective strategies and approaches to reduce evictions and improve housing stability in the area. Join our Housing Subcommittee to get involved.

We work to improve the community’s access to food, with a focus on healthy food, culturally responsive foods, gardens, education, policy, and planning. Join our Food Access Subcommittee to get involved.
