What is CHIA?
The Community Health In Action (CHIA) is a coalition leading an ongoing, community-driven process to identify health needs, set priorities, and develop an implementation plan to meet the goals of the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).
What to Expect in Meetings:
Meetings include updates from members, discussions about community events, and planning efforts that support CHIP goals.
